Recording Trends Report

Day. Displays trend report with data organized by day.

Week. Displays trend report with data organized by week.

Month. Displays trend report with data organized by month.

Year. Displays trend report with data organized by year.

Date Range. Date ranges for which recording data is displayed. Click an individual date range to view its Recording List report.

Available Recordings. Total number of recordings available for viewing.

Viewed Recordings. Total number of recordings that have been viewed.

Total Views. Total number of times any recordings were viewed.

Total Duration. Combined length in hours, minutes, and seconds of all recordings.

Total File Size. Combined file size in megabytes of all recordings.



Recording Details Report

Download CSV. Opens File Download dialog box with options for downloading the report.

Recording Summary

Table of information that identifies the recording for which you are generating the Recording Detailsreport.

  • Recording ID. Recording ID.

  • Start Date and Time. Actual start date and time of the recording.

  • Organizer. Name of the meeting Organizer.

  • Title. Title of the recording, which defaults to the meeting subject.

  • Duration. Total length of the recording in hours, minutes, and seconds.

  • Bill To. Code used by your organization to keep track of Live Meeting recordings.

Total Logins. Number of times that the recording was accessed.

Recording List Report. Generates the Recording List report.

Recording Details

Name. Name of the user who viewed the recording.

Viewed at. Date and time when the recording was viewed.

IP Address. IP address of the computer used to view the recording.

Company. Company affiliation, when specified, of the user who viewed the recording.

Browser. Information about the user's Internet browser.

The Recording Summary table in the Recording Details Report is divided into two columns of information that identify the recording for which you are generating the report. The categories are on the left side of each column, and the results corresponding to each category are on the right side of each column.
