Cause

The server has timed out and stopped responding. Possible causes include:

• You are trying to contact a person using a communication mode, such as a Communicator call or a video call, that is not supported for the contact. For example, you can only communicate with public IM contacts using instant messaging. Placing a Communicator call or video call to a public IM contact will result in a 5001 error.

Resolution

Wait a few minutes and try again. If you are trying to contact a person using a Communicator or video call, try to contact the person using IM or e-mail. If the problem continues, contact your administrator.
