Explanation

This error occurs when you send an invitation to a user and the domain name is valid but the user does not exist on the server.

Cause

If a default federation route is not enabled, the Office Communications Front End Server returns this error if it does not find the user or conference organizer URI in Active Directory. If a default federation route is enabled, the Office Communications Access Edge Server returns this error if the user or conference organizer URI does not exist in Active Directory and its domain is configured as internal.

Resolution

Check the user's address to make sure that it is correct and try again. If the problem persists, contact your system administrator.
