Make folder home pages available offline

Every Microsoft Outlook folder supports a folder home page. This page can be an Internet Web page, an HTML file, or an Active Server Pages (ASP) file that appears when you click the folder's name.

If you want access to a folder home page when Outlook is offline, you must enable this in an Outlook Send/Receive group.

  1. On the Tools menu, point to Send/Receive, point to Send/Receive Settings, and then click Define Send/Receive Groups.

    Keyboard shortcut  To open the Send/Receive Groups dialog box, press CTRL+ALT+S.

  2. Select the Send/Receive group that you want to change, and then click Edit.

  3. Under Folder Options, select a folder.

  4. Under Account Options, select the Make folder home pages available offline check box.
